Dear Cargo Partners,

please observe following important regulation regarding FWB/FHL messages.

In accordance with the requirements of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) in the transport documents should indicate the name of the goods.

When specifying in the air waybill in the column "Nature and Quantity of Goods" nature of the cargo "CONSOL" please ensure that electronic information of the cargo (FWB, FHL) and their compliance with the information of paper air waybill and house air waybill. If there is no such information, Sheremetyevo Customs will impose a ban on unloading the cargo from the aircraft and the cargo will be returned to the point of departure.

In order to avoid delays during customs clearance, data for inbound cargo should be provided 4 hours before flight arrival at Sheremetyevo and for outbound cargo two hours before flight departure from Sheremetyevo.
